Diwaan: A Dream Built, A Brand Expanding.

When Diwaan set out to open their first restaurant in Southall in December 2023, they approached Alumination to bring their vision to life — from the ground up. We delivered a complete turnkey solution, handling everything from architectural concept and construction management to staff training and a powerful brand launch. Less than a year later, Diwaan has opened a second branch in Newcastle, with more in the pipeline.

Concept to Construction

We designed the full architectural and interior concept, working closely with contractors to manage timelines, space optimisation, and compliance throughout the construction phase.

Brand Creation & Identity

Developed a distinct visual identity, including logo, colour palette, signage, uniforms, and packaging, tailored to stand out in the competitive Southall dining scene.

Complete Shop Setup

Oversaw all aspects of the physical setup—furniture, lighting, kitchen layout, POS systems, signage, and customer experience flow.

Staff Training & Operations

Trained front-of-house and kitchen staff with SOPs and service protocols to ensure consistency, speed, and hospitality standards from day one.

Digital Marketing Launch

Executed a 360° digital strategy—website, social media, local SEO, influencer engagement, and targeted ads to generate buzz and build footfall.

Brand Strategy & Expansion

We continue to support Diwaan with brand visibility, strategic planning, and location readiness. The Newcastle branch opened in mid-2024, and multiple sites are now under consideration.
